Kit was previously Senior Vice President of global accounts and telco vertical at VMware, where he was responsible for the largest and most strategic global customers across the company. He joined VMware through the acquisition of Uhana, a leader in AI-powered network control.
Over the past three decades, Kit has held senior leadership roles across a range of innovative technology companies, including Uhana, Cisco, and Dynamicsoft. With a focus on building high-performing, diverse teams in, he brings a combination of enterprise sales expertise and technical acumen to the organization.
Kit is a patent holder in VoIP technology; and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Gettysburg College.
Fraser Hutchison is the Vice President of Sales for UK&I, at Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data management and security. Based in London, he brings over 25 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry. He is responsible for driving sales and customer engagement across the region accelerating the adoption of Cohesity’s AI-driven solutions for data security and management.
Before joining Cohesity, Fraser held leadership roles at Hashicorp, VMware, Verizon and Vodafone, where he led strategic sales initiatives and helped organizations with their digital transformation. His expertise spans IT, sales, and business development, with a focus on cybersecurity, data protection, and AI-driven technologies.
James Blake is the Vice President of Global Cyber Resiliency Strategy & Consulting Services at Cohesity. In this role, he provides customers with expertise, experience, and methodologies to enhance their cyber resiliency capabilities. James works closely with organizations across the globe to ensure they achieve the right level governance people and processes to build a robust operational capability on top of their technology investments. He also offers thought leadership to ensure Cohesity products deliver meaningful operational outcomes in cyber resilience.
Before joining Cohesity, James served as the Global Director of Cyber Transformation at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing all cybersecurity transformation projects. He previously led HP Enterprise's Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting practice, where he built end-to-end security operations capabilities for over 91 organizations, including 27 Fortune 100 companies. Prior to his tenure at HPE, James was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Mimecast. Additionally, he co-founded Security BSides London, the UK's second-largest security conference, and serves on the board of the UK's South West Tech Cluster, providing guidance, mentorship, and advice to start-up companies.
 Rachel has spent the past 30 years in technology leadership roles across retail and investment banking, insurance (ACE Group), telecoms, advertising/media and consumer retail, living and working in EMEA, NA, LATAM and ASPAC. Her last 3 roles were as the Global Chief Information/Digital & Technology Officer for BT, WPP and Marks & Spencer where she led the tech recovery following their much-publicised cyber incident.
